If your horse is being treated with POM (Prescription Only Medicine) and you wish to request a repeat prescription, you may use this form to make your request, our office will endeavour to get back to you within 3 working days.

Before submitting a request for repeat prescriptions, clients are invited to email us with a link referencing the online medication they are willing to buy, and we will attempt to price match online pharmacies on their prices.

This will indeed represent a saving for our customers, because by purchasing directly from our pharmacy a repeat prescription fee will not apply.

Notes for repeat prescriptions:

A prescription for a POM is only valid for 6 months

Prescriptions may be issued only for those horses under the care of SHEq and that have been clinically assessed in the last 12 month or shorter term, depending on what condition is being treated and which drug is being prescribed.
